Mr. T. L. Jackson age 88 of Smyrna, passed away Monday, August 24, 2015. Funeral services will be held 1 PM Thursday, August 27th at Carmichael Funeral Home Chapel in Smyrna. Interment will be in the Georgia Memorial Park Cemetery in Marietta. Mr. Jackson served in the U.S. Coast Guard during WWII. He was employed by Lockheed for over 42 years before retiring. He was a member of the Machinists Union Local #709. He was a Mason and a member of Smyrna 1st United Methodist Church. Surviving are: Wife of over 62 years Juanita Jackson of Smyrna, Son-Richard Jackson of Smyrna, Daughter-Joan (Jeff) Roberson of Marietta, 2 Grandchildren-Jenna (Chad) Williams of Smyrna, Jamie Herren of Marietta.
