Road Work Notice: Paving at Night

From City of Smyrna, GA Government:

In order to complete paving work on Spring Road before temperatures and conditions delay completing the project, night paving along Spring Road will begin this Wednesday night (9:00 p.m. until 4:00 a.m.) and is expected to continue nightly through at least Friday night, and possibly through the weekend. The paving takes place from Cobb Parkway to Cumberland Boulevard, or further west depending on progress.

Keep in mind that temperatures may impact the contractor’s progress. We thank you for your patience and understanding and hope that you will be able to delay travel in the area between 9:00 p.m. and 4:00 a.m. this Wednesday, November 16 through this Friday, November 18. Lane closures during daytime work hours will continue between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m.
