Smyrna Police Seek Duo Suspected of Taking Items From Auto

Surveillance cameras at a Smyrna Walgreens captured videotape of a man and woman removing a purse and iPod from a BMW 328i.

Smyrna police are asking the public’s assistance in locating a pair of individuals suspected of entering and taking items from an automobile in Smyrna last week.

On May 13 at approximately 6:26 p.m., surveillance cameras at the Walgreens, located at 2670 Cobb Parkway, captured videotape of a man and woman removing a purse and iPod from a BMW 328i.

One person of interest is described as a black pregnant female, who was last seen wearing a white shirt and black baseball cap. The other is a black male in his late 50s or early 60s, who was last seen wearing a back and white striped shirt and a white ball cap.

They were observed leaving the parking area in a burgundy or red, four-door passenger car.
