Austell Hosts Youth Move’s National Conference

Austell is hosting Youth Move’s National Conference Friday at the South Cobb Recreation Center from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.
The conference offers aspiring young entrepreneurs and students an opportunity to learn more about owning their own business and being successful in the entrepreneurial world.
Local young entrepreneurs will present during breakout sessions on how to start and run your own business. There will also be motivating keynote presentations by two highly successful young business owners.

The morning keynote speaker, Rev, Al Sharpton, is the founder of National Action Network and host of Politics Nation and Keeping It Real.
Students will also meet social entrepreneurs from Usher’s New Look Foundation, The Dungy Foundation, The Urban League of Atlanta, The Coca Cola Company, and The Atlanta Business League.

At the conference, young entrepreneurs from across the nation will share their stories on starting and running their own businesses, with session topics ranging from social media marketing tips, to writing the perfect business plan.
There will also be a special guest appearance by Georgia’s cast of SUPERSTAR DREAMZ.
