James Eugene Pettey, age 88, of Austell, Georgia, passed away on July 17, 2015. Mr Pettey was born in Richwood, Ohio to the late Earl Glen Pettey and Ethel Icy Fox. He was preceeded in death by his wife of 44 years, Eleano Mac Fields Pettey. Mr. Pettey retired from the United States Army in 1964 as a Chief Petty Officer.
His family will receive friends on Thursday July 23,2015 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at White Columns Chapel. A Graveside Service will be held on Saturday July 25, 2015 at 2:00 PM at Highland Memory Gardens Cemetery in Apopka, Florida.
