In Loving Memory of William Gray "Bill" Weems Jr., 99

William Gray Weems Jr.”Bill”, age 99, of Mableton passed away January 3, 2015. An Army Veteran of WWII, he retired in 1981 from MARTA after 36 years of service.

In Retirement he enjoyed traveling, working with wood, making windmills and birdfeeders, and he always had a vegetable garden.

Survivors include his daughter: Beverly J. Adams of Bainbridge Island, Washington, his son: Jerry L. Weems of Mableton, Brenda Weems of Mableton, who was like a daughter, grandchildren: Yancey, Brandy, Tony, Katie, and Jessica; great grandchildren: Dera and Victoria, and his little dog, Goldie.

The family will receive friends from 4:00 - 6:00 PM on Monday with funeral services at 1:00 PM on Tuesday January 6, 2015 at White Columns Chapel in Mableton. Burial will follow at Westview Cemetery in Atlanta. Condolences may be made at: www.genedavisfuneralhome.com.
