Second Suspect Arrested In Cobb Verbal Dispute Slaying
On Saturday, July 29, 30-year old Aaron Garner of Austell was taken into custody by the Cobb Sheriff's fugitives squad along with Marshal.

AUSTELL, GA -- Police in Cobb County continue to investigate the shooting death of an Austell teenager who was gunned down during a verbal dispute in June, authorities said. A second arrest was made this past weekend in the case.
On June 27, Aquavious Harris, 19, of Austell was found by police suffering from gunshot wounds near the corner of Center and Pine streets in that city. Harris was rushed to Wellstar South Cobb Hospital, where he later was declared dead from his injuries, Cobb police spokeswoman Alicia Chilton said.

An Austell man identified as 25-year-old Taylin Heard of Austell was taken into custody near the crime scene, police said. Heard is being held without bond at the Cobb County Adult Detention Center and faces charges of felony murder and aggravated assault, police said.

Garner is being held without bond at the Cobb County Adult Detention Center on the charges of felony murder, aggravated assault, and felon in possession of a firearm.
