$25K Reward For Info On Shooting At DeKalb Solicitor's Home

DEKALB COUNTY, GA — Local authorities are offering a $25,000 reward for information on a case that involved a shooting at the DeKalb County solicitor-general’s home nearly three weeks ago.

The DeKalb County Government, Crime Stoppers and the FBI are seeking details leading to the arrest, indictment and conviction of the person or persons responsible for the shooting.

On April 11, officers responded to Solicitor-General Donna Coleman-Stribling’s home in Lithonia around 10 p.m. They were investigating an incident where shots were fired into the house. No one was injured.

Police found different shell casings in front of the house, according to an incident report, says the Atlanta Journal-Constitution.

“Since the incident, the DeKalb County Police Department has been diligently working with other local, state and federal law enforcement agencies, including the FBI, to identify and arrest the person or persons responsible,” DeKalb police said in a news release. “So far, no one has come forth with information.”
