Caroling at Smoke Rise Sunday for Typhoon Victims

The Habitat for Humanity event raises money for the Philippines Relief Fund.

Tucker High School and Habitat for Humanity are partnering for a festive fundraiser on Sunday, Dec. 22 that will benefit victims of Typhoon Yolanda, a.k.a. Haiyan, in the Philippines.

The caroling event is at 1833 Smoke Rise Summit in Stone Mountain, starting at 6 p.m. Donations are more than welcome.   

All money raised will be donated to the Philippines Relief Fund, benefiting victims of the Nov. 8 superstorm that killed 6,100 and injured 27,665, according to the latest estimates published by Business Mirror. 1,779 people are still missing.
