Zumba® Fitness • Tuesdays, Thursdays & Fridays

Starting in January 06, 2015: Tuesdays 5pm-6pm, Thursdays 7pm-8pm and Fridays 11am-12pm

Cost: $30 for each eight-week session. (Worth $40)

By taking this course, students will experience a cardiovascular and total body strength & conditioning workout. Improved endurance, coordination & balance are additional benefits of Zumba. Students will have a basic understanding of dance & music sequencing, transitions, and phrasing, and will perform the choreography learned.
