District 7 Commissioner Stan Watson is partnering with DeKalb County agencies for a Community Clean-Up in Lithonia on Saturday, Dec. 14, starting at 9 a.m.
The starting point is the Redan-Trotti Library at 1569 Wellborn Road and the route will include areas surrounding Wellborn and Marbut Road.
