Man Shot, Left to Die in Roadway
The man was found near a Lithonia apartment complex with gunshot wounds to his upper body.
A man was found suffering from multiple gunshot wounds in the road outside an apartment complex Thursday night, DeKalb Police say.
The victim has been identified as Phillip Drummond, 24, of Lithonia. The shooting happened around 9:40 p.m. at 2795 Evans Mill Road, according to Examiner.
“When officers arrived they found the victim lying in the roadway,” Police Capt. Steven Fore said. “He had been shot more than once.”

Drummond died at Grady Memorial Hospital from his injuries. Police have no suspects, no motive and no witnesses.
