Stone Mountain, Lithonia Voters Head to the Polls Tomorrow
Here's a sample ballot with all of your local races.
Stone Mountain and Lithonia voters head to the polls tomorrow, Tuesday, Nov. 3, to decide on several races.
Two Stone Mountain city council posts are on the ballot, and Lithonia residents are voting in a mayor’s race and a city council contest, as well as in a special election for a 43rd district state senate race and a 92nd district state House race.
The future of DeKalb County will also be decided in some nearby communities, as the communities of Lavista Hills and Tucker choose whether to incorporate. Lavista Hills could become DeKalb’s largest city if voters in that footprint approve municipalization.
