Track Santa's Sleigh En Route to DeKalb County
The folks at NORAD are gearing up to chart Santa Claus' Christmas Eve journey across the globe.

DeKalb County families wondering just what time Santa Claus will make his appearance locally can track the jolly old elf’s journey courtesy of NORAD.
The North American Aerospace Defense Command has announced it will again put its technological prowess to use helping children all over the world keep up with Santa’s Christmas Eve ride. The NORAD Santa Tracker website is already up and running with a countdown clock ticking away the time until the big night arrives.

NORAD and its predecessor, the Continental Air Defense Command, have been tracking Santa’s movements since 1955, the agency’s website says. That website also offers a number of activities, including games, movies, music and the “Secret Santa Files” to keep kids busy on Christmas Eve – and before.
