Traffic Court Dates Postponed In DeKalb County: GA Coronavirus

Traffic court hearings previously scheduled through May 13 in DeKalb County have been postponed due to the coronavirus.

DEKALB COUNTY, GA — Traffic court hearings in DeKalb County scheduled through May 13 have been suspended until further notice. These hearings fall into the nonessential court functions category due to the coronavirus pandemic.

Notices with a new court date will be mailed out, reports the Atlanta Journal-Constitution.

DeKalb County solicitor-general will still review certain cases to determine if they can be resolved without a court appearance, according to a news release.
