AH Refuse Collection Changes for Independence Day Holiday

From the Village of Arlington Heights: Due to Independence Day on Tuesday, July 4th, collection services for refuse and recycling will change for single-family residences served by GROOT, the Village of Arlington Heights' service provider.

During the week of July 3, 2017 if your primary collection day is:

Monday (north of Oakton and west of Arlington Heights Rd) there will be no change for garbage, recycling, and yardwaste (for those with twice a week refuse collection, garbage only will be picked up on Friday, July 7th)

Tuesday (south of Oakton and west of Arlington Heights Rd) garbage, recycling, and yardwaste will be collected on Wednesday, July 5th (for those with twice a week refuse collection, garbage only will be picked up on Saturday, July 8th)

Thursday (north of Oakton and east of Arlington Heights Rd) garbage, recycling, and yardwaste will be collected on Friday, July 7th (for those with twice a week refuse collection, garbage only will be picked up on Monday, July 3rd)

Friday (south of Oakton and east of Arlington Heights Rd) garbage, recycling, and yardwaste will be collected on Saturday, July 8th (for those with twice a week refuse collection, garbage only will be picked up on Wednesday, July 5th)
