Arlington Heights Earns 10th Safest City in Illinois
The city is named number 60 in the 100 safest cities in the United States.
Neighborhood Scout has released its ranking of the 100 safest cities in the United States and Arlington Heights has been listed 60 out of the 100 safest cities.
It also is the 10th safest city in the state of Illinois. Lake in the Hills was listed as the safest city in the state and the second safest in the nation.
Neighborhood Scout says that it ranks cities based on population and safety from all crimes. The statistics for Arlington Heights said the annual crimes per 1,000 residents is 11.1.
