Dean's, President's Lists Students Named for UA Fall 2020 Term
A total of 13,128 students enrolled during the fall 2020 term at The University of Alabama made the Dean's List with academic records of 3.5 or above (on a 4.0 scale), or the President's List with academic records of 4.0 (all A's). The UA Dean's and President's Lists recognize full-time undergraduate students. The lists do not apply to graduate students or undergraduate students who take less than a full course load.

Local Students Make Holy Cross' Fall 2020 Dean's List
A total of 1,453 students were named to College of the Holy Cross' Dean's List for outstanding academic achievement during the fall semester of the 2020-21 academic year. The following local students made the list:
- John Slania, of Arlington Heights, a member of the Class of 2021, majoring in Political Science
- Arthur Gasey, of Arlington Heights, a member of the Class of 2022, majoring in Accounting
To qualify for the Dean's List, students must pass four or more letter-graded courses with no failing grades during the semester and earn a GPA of 3.5 or higher.

Julia Mlynowski named to Millikin University Fall 2020 Dean's List
Julia Mlynowski, of Arlington Heights, is among the outstanding undergraduates at Millikin University named to the Dean's List for the fall 2020 semester. Students who attempt 12 graded credits during a fall or spring semester and earn a grade point average of 3.5 or higher earn Dean's List honors. Students earning a perfect 4.00 grade point average on 12 graded credits attempted earn High Dean's List honors.

Almost 900 undergraduate students at the University of Iowa earned president's list status for their academic work at the conclusion of the 2020 fall semester. In order to be included on the list, a student must have a minimum 4.0 grade-point average (4.0 is an A) in all academic subjects for the 2020 spring semester, and a minimum of nine graded hours with a 4.0 grade-point average (4.0 is an A) in all academic subjects for the spring 2020 fall semester. Courses offered on a satisfactory/unsatisfactory (S/U), pass/fail (P/F), or pass/non-pass (P/N) basis do not count toward graded credit for inclusion on the president's list.The following students are from your area:
