Cute 'Gremlins,' Reptiles Abound at Pet Expo
Chicagoland Family Pet Expo being held this weekend at the Arlington Park in Arlington Heights features all kinds of pets.
The 20 or so Mi-Ki puppies mingled, tilted their adorable heads and just plain stole the spotlight at the Chicagoland Family Pet Expo, which opened Friday at the Arlington Park.
A newer breed of dogs that showed up in 1980 in Milwaukee, the Mi-Ki pups look a little like Gremlins, from the 1980s movie of the same name. Only they don’t turn into little green monsters when water hits them, plus they are hypoallergenic.
And they are so darn cute.
