OPEN/ILLEGAL BURNING
- Vitalie Clim, 34, is accused open and/or illegal burning and other ordinance violations based on a public complaints. He was arrested on April 28.
DUI

- Leo A. Giron, 20, is accused of driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and was arrested on April 27.
- Serita P. James, 30, is accused of driving under the influence of alcohol on April 26.
- Sandra Lopez, 29, is accused of driving under the influence of alcohol with a blood-alcohol level of 0.08 or higher as well as improper lane usage. She was arrested on April 25.
FAILURE TO APPEAR
- Stephanie M. Lofty, 33, is accused of two counts of violating bail or bond in connection with a warrant, summons, or subpoena and was arrested on April 29.
- Pedro Mendieta-Juarez, 45, is accused of violating bail or bond in connection with a warrant, summons, or subpoena and was arrested on April 23.
BATTERY
- David A. Martin, 50, is accused of battery and making contact with another person and was arrested on April 25.
- Maryna Yashyna, 41, is accused of domestic battery and physical contact and was arrested on April 26.
VIOLATION OF A PERSONAL PROTECTION ORDER
- Ryan K. Mikell, 28, is accused of violating a personal protection order and was arrested on April 29.
