ARLINGTON HEIGHTS, IL — The following information comes from the Arlington Heights (unless otherwise noted) and court records as a record of police activity, including incidents reported by the public and those arrested by police. ARRESTS

OPEN/ILLEGAL BURNING

• Vitalie Clim, 34, is accused open and/or illegal burning and other ordinance violations based on a public complaints. He was arrested on April 28.

DUI

• Leo A. Giron, 20, is accused of driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and was arrested on April 27.
• Serita P. James, 30, is accused of driving under the influence of alcohol on April 26.
• Sandra Lopez, 29, is accused of driving under the influence of alcohol with a blood-alcohol level of 0.08 or higher as well as improper lane usage. She was arrested on April 25.

FAILURE TO APPEAR

• Stephanie M. Lofty, 33, is accused of two counts of violating bail or bond in connection with a warrant, summons, or subpoena and was arrested on April 29.
• Pedro Mendieta-Juarez, 45, is accused of violating bail or bond in connection with a warrant, summons, or subpoena and was arrested on April 23.

BATTERY

• David A. Martin, 50, is accused of battery and making contact with another person and was arrested on April 25.
• Maryna Yashyna, 41, is accused of domestic battery and physical contact and was arrested on April 26.

VIOLATION OF A PERSONAL PROTECTION ORDER

• Ryan K. Mikell, 28, is accused of violating a personal protection order and was arrested on April 29.
