Eight Year Sentence for Arlington Heights Man
The man pleaded guilty last June to residential burglary from an 87-year-old woman.

An Arlington Heights man who allegedly stole $1,000 from an 87-year-old woman was sentenced to eight years in prison, the Daily Herald is reporting.
Stanley Miller, 33, was also ordered to pay $694 in fines during his sentencing hearing March 18, according to court records. He has multiple convictions for theft, burglary and home repair fraud, the Daily Herald reported.
The theft occurred after Miller allegedly offered to repair the 87-year-old woman’s roof of her Rolling Meadows home.

Miller received credit for 175 days in custody.
