Harper College: Free Tuition

Harper's free tuition campaign will debut with the Class of 2019 at high schools in Districts 211, 214 and 220.

If the students of the class of 2019 keep up their grades, attendance and volunteer all four years of their high school careers, Harper College will offer them free tuition, the Daily Herald is reporting.

Harper College is expected to make the announcement on Monday.

Students in Palatine-Schaumburg District 211, Northwest Suburban District 214 and Barrington Area Unit District 220 are eligible. The college will not consider income as part of the offer.
