Summer Vaccination Clinics Planned At Village Hall

The first dose of the Moderna vaccine will be given May 12, with the second dose set for June 9.

The Village of Arlington Heights is offering free COVID-19 vaccines to the public, ages 18 and older. The vaccination clinic will be held at Village Hall, 33 S. Arlington Heights Road.

  • 1st Dose - Wednesday, May 12 from 3 to 7 PM
    2nd Dose - Wednesday, June 9 from 3 to 7 PM

Walk-ins are welcome, but for faster service, we can email consent forms to bring with you on the day of your vaccine by calling the Health & Human Services department to schedule your appointment at 847.368.5760.

  • Face masks are required
  • No insurance is needed, and we will not bill insurance
  • It is necessary to stay for 15 minutes after your vaccine for observation. Please allow 30 minutes if you have a history of severe allergic reactions.
  • Helpful if you can wear a short-sleeved shirt
