Traffic Resumes on I-90 After Semitruck Crash
Both drivers of the semitruck and the SUV reported minor injuries and were taken to St. Alexius Medical Center.
HOFFMAN ESTATES— Illinois State Police along with firefighters from Hoffman Estates responded to report of a semitrailer crash on eastbound I-90 Wednesday morning.
According to state police, the crash occurred around 9 a.m. west of Route 59 near Hoffman Estates and involved a semitruck and an SUV.
Both drivers of the vehicles reported minor injuries and were transported to St. Alexius Medical Center in Hoffman Estates, said police.

Due to the location of the crash, police were able to redirect traffic using the Sutton Road ramp. All three lanes of traffic are now completely clear, according to a spokesperson for Illinois State Police.
