VP Business Showcase: The Beauty of Supporting Local Business and Organizations

Featuring more than two dozen Palatine & Arlington Heights area businesses and organizations!

Vicarious Productions is at it again and excited to present our 2nd annual VP Business Showcase. The inspiration behind the VP Business Showcase is, and always will be...to cast a spotlight on area businesses and organizations so that local people can learn more about them and the products/services they provide...and new this year, learn more about our official charity partners, C.A.T.I.F. [Celebrating All That Is Feminine], Arlington Cares NFP and The Bridge Youth and Family Services; all of which have great events coming up, and serve populations right near you.

Why? Vicarious Productions, Inc. is a local business as well. We specialize in marketing and public relations, so we might have a bit of an easier time getting our word out. There are so many retail options, service providers and even non-profit organizations around town that are fantastic..and we want you to know about them by providing an opportunity for you to meet the owners and representatives who specialize in what they do.

At our 1st annual event, we had 14 area businesses and organizations who showcased their products and services. This year, we have grown to 30!

What’s the Event Like? You walk into the beautiful Bronze Ballroom (2nd floor) at the Holiday Inn Chicago-Palatine/N. Arlington Heights right at Dundee Road and Route 53, and stop by the registration desk to get your VPBS passport - visit all of our showcase tables and get stamped at each one of them, and you qualify for a weekend getaway trip and fabulous door prizes. A glass of wine is complimentary, thanks to d’Vine Wine and Gifts (with a cash bar available after that with wines and craft beer) and hors d’oeuvres will be provided by Hot Dog Richie’s (and no, it won’t just be hot dogs!)

There will be items raffled off throughout the night, and you can mingle/network with other area residents and business professionals, learn more about local non-profits, enjoy product and service demonstrations, giveaways and special offers! The major prizes will be announced at 7:30pm, so be sure to leave yourself time to visit all of our showcase vendors by then!

Our Showcase Vendors:

Custom handmade jewelry by Betsy’s One of a Kind, boutique clothing and handbags from Bedazzled, custom rhinestone clothing and accessories from Cristal-Me and sweet treats [for you] from Christie’s Dairy Delights and[for your canine family members] from Tammy’s Delights (crumb licking good) should be a great hit and welcome Valentine’s Day gifts with the holiday being just two days after the event.

Salone Lorrene will be showcasing their superb spa and salon services, Castle Chiropractic will be offering massages, professional photographer Christopher Paul Photography will be paparazzi’ing as he shows off his extreme talents, J.P. Wood Martial Arts will be there to let you know about Taekwondo, Gumdo and Hapkido classes for the whole family, along with The Exercise Coach to help you learn more about personal training and how to get healthier and/or that figure back into shape. Usana representative Chris Goeller also will be on hand, to help you achieve your healthiest self through nutrition.

Our professional service providers will include, Active Air Plus HVAC, Favia Family Dental, A Plus Property Management, Ignite Payments, Olson Windows and Doors, Hogan Systems Consulting and Technology Masters.
