Woman Carjacked at Gunpoint in Arlington Heights

Police release sketch and description of the culprit.

ARLINGTON HEIGHTS, IL — A carjacker pointed a gun at a woman in Arlington Heights and stole her 2008 Pontiac G6 Friday afternoon. Police are still looking for the man.

The carjacking took place in the 2100 block of South Goebbert Road, police said. The man walked up to the woman, pulled out the gun and demanded her keys, police said. He's described as 5-foot, 9-inches, medium build, and he wore a black hooded sweatshirt and black pants. Police released a sketch.

The car has Illinois license plates of Z203711.
