Aurora Man Chased Down by Witnesses is Charged With Burglary

Around 3:30 a.m. on Friday, Bryan R. Marusarz was arrested for burglary in Aurora, according to the Beacon News.

Two witnesses saw the 23-year-old Aurora man in a car that wasn't his in the parking lot of an apartment complex on the 4300 block of Bayhead Court. They saw Marusarz checking if other vehicles were locked.

The witnesses called 911, then asked what Marusarz was doing. He ran and the two witnesses chased Marusarz until he fell and hit his head on the pavement. The witnesses stood by until police arrived.
