East Aurora High School (EAHS) partners with VNA Health Care of Aurora to offer vaccinations for EAHS students 12 years and older and their families. Appointment is required, click here to make your appointment. A parent/guardian must accompany the student for vaccination. Family members over 12 years old will also be able to get vaccinated and must bring ID.
