Aurora Police Conduct Operation Happy Holidays
Officers delivered gifts to more than 50 less fortunate families in Aurora.

AURORA, IL — For the fourth year, officers from Aurora's community-oriented policing division delivered toys, gift cards and other goodies to over 50 families across the city. The Aurora Police Department thanks the following organizations who came through to make the season brighter for families who are not as fortunate:
- City of Aurora
- Heartland Blood Centers
- PetSmart
- Meijer
- Citizen Police Academy Alumni
- Toys for Tots
- The Lights of Sacred Heart, Northeast Neighbors, and Restore the Neighborhood Citizen Groups.
- Chicago Premium Outlets Security
- Law Enforcement Youth Academy Alumni
- AmeriChem System Inc. (ASI)
- Aurora School Districts for helping identify the families in need
