AURORA, IL — A Chicago man was charged with three counts of criminal sexual assault, stemming from alleged encounters with victims younger than 18 and at least 13 years old, according to the Aurora Beacon-News. The charges allege that Darius Jones, 38, of the 3600 block of West Montrose, was in a position of trust or authority at the time of the alleged assaults. Prosecutors said Jones worked at a private residential treatment facility in the county.

A complaint filed with the Kane County Circuit Court said the assaults happened between Sept. 1, 2017 and Jan. 2, the Beacon-News said. Conditions of the bond include no contact with the alleged victim, whose address is listed as 998 Corporate Blvd. in Aurora, which is the address of Sequel Youth Services' Northern Illinois Academy, according to the paper.

According to its website, the facility has a licensed capacity for 75 students. It houses females and males, ages 6 - 21 who demonstrate "behavioral, emotional and psychiatric challenges."
