Aurora Woman, 22, Killed In Car Crash

Police say Estebalize Venecia, 22, was pronounced dead at the scene of the crash.

AURORA, IL — An Aurora woman has been identified as the victim of a fatal crash that took place early Saturday. Police say Estebalize Venecia, 22, was pronounced dead at the scene of the crash, which was reported in the 600 block of North Ohio Street just before 5 a.m.

According to Kane County Coroner Robert Russell, Venecia's preliminary cause of death was "multiple injuries consistent with an automobile collision." Toxicology results are pending.

The Kane County Coroner's Office says it is working with the Aurora Police Department on an ongoing investigation into the fatal crash.
