Holiday Express Train At Blackberry Farm: Tickets Available
Tickets for the annual holiday express train go on sale Nov. 12 at 9 a.m.

AURORA, IL — Aurora's Blackberry Farm is transforming into a winter wonderland, complete with a Holiday Express Train to take you past all the festive decorations and sparkling lights. Tickets for the Holiday Express Train, which features an expanded schedule in 2019, go on sale Nov. 12 at 9 a.m.
The wildly popular train ride has added Thursdays to its schedule in 2019 to give more families a chance to get in on the fun. Blackberry Farm Facility Manager Holly Wiggins said in a statement, "Holiday Express has sold out the last two years and we want to provide more families an opportunity to experience all the magic that this popular event has to offer."
Holiday Express Train times for 2019 are as follows:

- Thursday Dec. 5, 12, and 19 from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m.
- Friday Dec. 13 and 20 from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m.
- Saturday and Sunday Dec. 7-8, 14-15 and 21-22 from 2 p.m. to 7 p.m.
A special needs night will be held on Dec. 6. for families who want to ride the Holiday Express trains with limited sensory stimulus. Families must pre-register for this event.
The Holiday Express train makes its way through Blackberry Farm, curving around Lake Gregory past gingerbread houses, Christmas-themed cafes, and other attractions. Be sure to bring a camera because you'll want to catch the brilliant light displays on film.

Tickets to the Holiday Express train at Blackberry Farm are $7 for ages 2 and older.
