Lao Sze Chuan is one of the first additions to the new vision of Pacifica Square, which was formerly Yorkshire Plaza. The first phase of Pacifica Square's development aims to bring life to the current plaza by adding new tenants with an Asian focus.

Phases two and three will involve adding office buildings and additonal commercial space to expand the shopping center.
