Man Runs Off With Security Guard's Handcuffs: Police

AURORA, IL — Police want to talk to the man pictured above. Officials said he was involved in a Jan. 10 altercation with a security guard around one in the morning. The incident took place at a tavern in the 700 block of S. Lincoln Avenue, according to Aurora police. Cops said he ran away with the guard's duty belt that contained handcuffs, a flashlight and other equipment.
