
"The missing 11 year old has been located safe and sound," Dan Ferrelli, media relations manager for the City of Aurora, said in an email sent out at 10:15 a.m. on Friday. The Aurora police had announced a missing child earlier in the morning.
According to the Aurora Police, an 11-year-old boy "was reported missing by his family at approximately 3:15 a.m. today (Jan. 6). They last saw him around 5 p.m. yesterday (Jan. 5) when he left his home in the 400 block of Plum St., to go play soccer."
