Pedestrian Killed In Hit-And-Run; Aurora Police Search For Driver
The pedestrian was hit by a vehicle just before 12:50 a.m. Sunday near the intersection of Indian Trial and Mitchell Road, police said.
AURORA, IL — A pedestrian was killed in a hit-and-run early Sunday morning on Aurora’s East Side, with police still searching for the driver involved in the crash.
The pedestrian was hit just before 12:50 a.m. Sunday at the intersection of Indian Trial and Mitchell Road, Aurora police said in a social media post. Police did not release a description of the vehicle or identify the pedestrian, as of Monday morning.
The Aurora Police Department is asking anyone with information about the hit-and-run crash to call 630-256-5330.
