Potbelly To Open New Location In Aurora

AURORA, IL — A new Potbelly sandwich shop is coming to Aurora and it's bringing with it a ton of festivities for its grand opening. The new location will open at 1720 N. Orchard Rd. on July 24 by offering the first 100 customers a coupon for a free sandwich on their next visit.

The company will also host an Oven Warming event on July 23. All proceeds from the event will benefit CIS Aurora. Customers who donate $5 get an Originals sandwich, a drink, and a bag of chips. There are two times for the Oven Warming event: 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. and 5 p.m. to 7 p.m.

The grand opening festivities will continue into the week of July 30, Potbelly said in a media release. Perks members will get special offers at the newest Aurora Potbelly location, including:

• 7/30: $2 off any in-shop purchase
• 7/31: Free cookie
• 8/1: Buy one sandwich, get one free
• 8/2: Free chips with sandwich purchase
• 8/3: Buy one shake, get one free

The newest Potbelly location marks the first for Aurora. Nearby Potbellys are located in Naperville, Warrenville, Bolingbrook, and other suburbs.
