Underage Girl Bathroom Voyeur Charged
The Aurora man was caught filming an underage girl in her own bathroom mid-October.
AURORA, IL — A man who was caught filming an underage girl while she was in the bathroom has been charged. 40-year-old Adrian P. Vargas, 40, of the 1600 block of Indian Avenue in Aurora, was charged with four counts of unauthorized video recording of a person younger than 18, according to the Aurora Beacon-News. The news outlet found that he placed a phone in the bathroom of her own home on or around Oct. 15. The video is just under 20 minutes.
Bail was released on a signature bond with conditions and is set to appear in court Nov. 8. The Beacon-News says the Kane County public defender's office declined to answer questions about the case Monday.
