BOLINGBROOK, IL — This year's End of Summer carnival in Bolingbrook will coordinate with one of the village's other major entertainment attractions: the Day of the Immigrant Event. The carnival runs Friday-Sunday at Bolingbrook Village Hall, while the immigrant event will take place Saturday at the same site.

Starting Friday, the three-day carnival will feature rides, games and traditional carnival food. The event runs from 6-10 p.m. Friday, 1-10 p.m. Saturday and 1-5 p.m. Sunday.

Tickers for Friday and Saturday night (6-10 p.m.) wristbands will cost $30 per person, which includes unlimited rides. Daytime Saturday (1-5 p.m.) and Sunday wristbands will cost $25. Proceeds from the event will benefit Heart Haven Outreach, a Bolingbrook-based teen support group, and the American Cancer Society.
