Bolingbrook Girls Win Sectional Track Meet, Headed to State
Seven Valley View individuals and two relay teams qualified for the IHSA girls track championship next weekend.

Seven Valley View School District 365U individuals and two relay teams qualified for the IHSA girls track championships in Charleston next weekend.
Bolingbrook High School won the team title at the Lockport sectional Friday. Romeoville High School finished third.

- Senior Carolyn Sulzen, 2nd in pole vault (9-3)
- Sophomore Jessica Watkins, 1st, 100 meter dash (12.73) and 1st 200 meter dash (26.21)
- Sophomore Alexis Brooks, 2nd, 100 meter dash (12.78)
- Freshman Charlyncia Stennis, 1st, 400 meter dash (58.97)
- The 4x100 relay, 1st (49.28)
Qualifying for state from RHS are:
- Senior Raven Kelly, 1st in shot put (40-0.50)
- Junior Jahsmine Jones, 2nd in shot put (35-7.50)
- Senior Colleen Lilly, 2nd, 200 meter dash (26.42)
- The 4x100 relay, 2nd (49.85)
- The 4x200 relay, 2nd (1:47.06)
