Bolingbrook to Host 3rd Community Vaccination Clinic April 12-14

Thanks to a partnership with the Will County Health Department, Bolingbrook is pleased to announce its 3rd Community Vaccination Clinic.

This clinic will be held Monday, April 12 – Wednesday, April 14, 2021.

A 2500 dose supply of the Moderna Vaccine was provided by the Will County Health Department.

While eligibility has opened up to those 16 years old and older, the Moderna Vaccine requires the recipient to be 18 years old. You may receive your first dose April 12 – April 14 at the Bolingbrook clinic if you meet the following qualifications:

• 18 years old or older
• Live or work in Will County
• Are available to receive your 2nd dose at the same location May 10 – May 12

Interested residents should pre-register by filling out the form found at www.bolingbrook.com/VaxUpBolingbrook. Appointment scheduling links will be sent to those who pre-register and live in Will County. Registration will stay open as long as vaccine supply is available.
