Bolingbrook to Host 4th Community Vaccination Clinic

Partnering with Will County Health Department, the Village of Bolingbrook has received a supply of the Moderna Vaccine

Thanks to a partnership with the Will County Health Department, the Village of Bolingbrook is pleased to announce their 4th Community Vaccination Clinic.

This clinic will be held Tuesday, April 20 – Wednesday, April 21 (evening hours) & Saturday, April 24.

This clinic is for 1st dose appointments ONLY of the Moderna Vaccine.

You must have an appointment to receive the vaccine.

You may receive your first dose on April 20, April 21, or April 24 if you meet the following qualifications:

  • 18 years old or older
  • Live or work in Bolingbrook and the rest of Will County
  • Are available to receive your 2nd dose at the same location exactly 4 weeks from your first dose. (May 18, May 19, or May 22)
Interested residents should pre-register by filling out the form found at www.bolingbrook.com/VaxUpBolingbrook. Appointment scheduling links will be sent to those who pre-register and live in Will County. Registration will stay open as long as vaccine supply is available.
