Bolingbrook Man Accused Of Stealing From Cars: Cops
After someone reported a credit card was stolen from their car, a 57-year-old man was spotted at Promenade Mall matching the description.

BOLINGBROOK, IL — A 57-year-old Bolingbrook man was arrested Thursday afternoon after he was found with stolen credit cards, police said.
Officers responded to the 700 block of East Boughton Road for a reported burglary from a car around noon Thursday. The person told police a credit card had been stolen from their car and was then used at a local business.
Police were able to gather information about the man using video surveillance footage. Anthony Mason, who matched the description of the offender, was spotted by a patrol officer at the Promenade Mall.

After some investigation, Mason, of the 500 block of Kildeer Drive, was implicated in three other car burglaries. He was charged with four counts of burglary to motor vehicles and one count of attempted unlawful use of a credit card, according to officials.
Police said Mason will be taken to the Will County Adult Detention Facility.
