Bolingbrook Park District Conducts Survey
Local firm hired to survey needs of the community.

From Bolingbrook Park District
Every three years, the Bolingbrook Park District engages an independent firm to conduct a community-wide survey to measure resident awareness, participation, satisfaction and interests. This year, Bolingbrook Park District has partnered with Bolingbrook-based Customer Lifecycle, LLC.
We chose Customer Lifecycle because they take an innovative and unique approach to their survey process,” said Ron Oestreich, Executive Director of Bolingbrook Park District. “In addition, Customer Lifecycle completed the survey in 2010, which will allow for a six year comparison of critical data points.”

With the information gathered from this survey, Bolingbrook Park District can clearly identify objectives and develop action plans to better serve the needs of the community.
“We look forward to results each time because not only do we learn which areas we are doing well, but we always learn about areas in which we can improve,” said Oestreich. An action-plan is then developed from the results, which administration uses to develop operational plans for the next three years.
