Bolingbrook Restaurant Steps Up To Feed Those In Need

To date, Pita Zone in Bolingbrook, has served over 1,000 meals to those hungry in Bolingbrook and surrounding areas around Chicagoland.

Pita Zone has been a part of the Bolingbrook restaurant community since 2018. Owned by two longtime Bolingbrook residents, Umar and Syed, Pita Zone has stepped up to provide meals to those suffering from homelessness and hunger. While the restaurant and hospitality industry has been struggling to survive itself during the pandemic, Umar and Syed understood the challenges some in our society are facing on a daily basis. To date, Pita Zone has graciously served over 1,000 meals to those who need it most, without hesitation.
