Bolingbrook United Announces Candidates For April 2021 Election

Voters in Bolingbrook will determine their next elected officials in the April 2021 Consolidated Election.

BOLINGBROOK, IL — Bolingbrook United filed its election petition with the village clerk Monday, according to a press release.

The candidates for village positions are Jackie Traynere, for mayor, Elnalyn “El” Costa for village clerk, Jose Quintero, Melisa Quinones and Rondel Parker for village trustees.

Together, Bolingbrook United candidates have over 80 years of community involvement and their
collective professional experience includes business ownership, county and federal government
services, healthcare and pension administration, organized labor and legal services.

"We will work to make sure our local government is open and accountable as we continue to move
Bolingbrook forward, making sure our town is inclusive and responsible in managing the village’s
finances," Traynere said.

Bolingbrook’s municipal elections are on April 6 and residents will also have the option of choosing their elected officials from among members of First Party For Bolingbrook that announced its candidates last week.
