Bolingbrook's Got Talent, Winners Announced
The LIVE show, hosted last weekend in Bolingbrook, had over ten acts featuring anything from dancing, to singing, to yo-yo'ing.

This past Saturday, the community came together for Bolingbrook's Got Talent. Over 25 talent applications were submitted back in January and the LIVE show had over ten acts featuring anything from dancing, to singing, to yo-yo'ing. Not only was this an energetic community event, but it also was a fundraiser for Midwest Christian Montessori Academy (MCMA), a local non-profit school here in Bolingbrook.
Congratulations to ALL of the Bolingbrook's Got Talent contestants and winners! The Bolingbrook Community Center was truly PACKED filled with talent. The winners were as follows:
- Age 8-12: Kristin Hou (1st), Grow 'n' Grace Dance (2nd)
- Age 13-17: Elisha Driggers (1st), Rolando Banda (2nd)
- Age 18+: Nekia Pearson (1st), Angela Casey (2nd), Russ Little (3rd)
The event Master of Ceremonies was Village of Bolingbrook Trustee Michael Carpanzano. Pictures from the event are floating around in several areas on social media. Here is one post on Bolingbrook Events showcasing pictures. Here is another post from Midwest Christian Montessori Academy. And finally, here is a post from the Bolingbrook Arts Council.
