Dad Charged After Young Kids Found Outside Alone: Bolingbrook Police
A Bolingbrook man was charged with endangering the life of a child after the incident.

A Bolingbrook man has been charged with endangering the life of a child after his two young children were seen outside for hours alone, according to Bolingbrook police.
Someone called Bolingbrook police after seeing the two kids, ages 4 and 5, without any adult supervision for about two hours.
Police responded around 7 p.m. in the 200 block of Pueblo Drive on April 24. They discovered the children lived in the area, and their father, Charles Asamoah, 55, had left for work.

He returned home while officers were on scene. DCFS was notified and the children were temporarily placed. Asamoah was taken into custody.
