Festival Of Lights, Tree Lighting Scheduled for Nov. 16

BOLINGBROOK, IL - The Village of Bolingbrook is gearing up for its annual Festival of Lights and tree lighting ceremony. Hosted by the Promenade Bolingbrook and the Village of Bolingbrook, the fun kicks off on Nov. 16 from 3 p.m. to 6 p.m.

Families and their children will have the opportunity to visit with Santa and enjoy all the fun holiday activities before the village lights the tree.

Activities include: cookie Decorating, ornament making, costume character meet & greet, balloon artists and face Painting, making a holiday card for a veteran, petting zoo, horse and wagon rides.

Entertainment Schedule:
3:15 p.m. - 4 p.m. Dance Force
4:15 p.m. - 5 p.m. Kinetic Dance
5:15 p.m. - 5:30 p.m. Fred Astaire Burr Ridge Dance Studio
5:30 p.m. - 6:15 p.m. Bolingbrook Madrigals Singers and VIBE
6:15 p.m. - The tree lighting ceremony will begin. The light show will immediate follow the ceremony.

*If you are not able to visit Santa, he will also be inside Bass Pro from 5 p.m. – 8 p.m.
** Santa will be located inside this year across the street from Pro Jersey.
