Male Calls Bolingbrook Police to Report Being Jumped, Then Refuses to Cooperate
The scuffle was allegedly over some money owed.

BOLINGBROOK, IL — A male called Bolingbrook police Wednesday saying he was jumped, and then refused to cooperate with police when they arrived.
The alleged incident occurred at 7:38 a.m. at the Citgo located at 102 W. Boughton Road. Police received a phone call from the male, who said he had been jumped. When officers arrived, the male was not cooperative, according to Bolingbrook Police Lt. Anthony Columbus.
“The subject stated he was involved in a scuffle with associates over money owed,” Columbus said. “The subject was evaluated by on scene paramedics as a precaution and refused medical assistance.”

The male allegedly provided conflicting statement to police officers. The incident is under investigation.
